With Love...[Jonas Fanfic] Episode 28

[Another week passed since Caden's funeral. Time seemed to be going too fast! The girls became extremely close, as did Amber and Kevin, and Joe and Charlotte.]



[The girls were again in the Jonas house, and were all upstairs chatting.]

Nikki: Dang! You girl's are so lucky! I mean, I don't like-like any of the brothers, but the treatment you guys should get! Wow!
Amber: *laughs* Yeah...
Nikki: So...*raises eyebrow* How are they?
Charlotte: *confused* Huh?
Nikki: You know, rate them! How are they, as in, maybe, make-out wise?
Amber: Oh, hah! Kevin's a hell of a kisser. Seriously.
Nikki: Ha! With as many times as you guys make-out, I'm not surprised.
Amber: *looks at Charlotte* What about you, Char? *smirks*
Charlotte: Uhm...*looks at Ali*
Ali: *sees this* Oh, *laughs* It's okay, Char. You can say. *smiles*
Charlotte: Ok...*blushes more*
Amber: Well? Is Joe good or not?
[Charlotte mumbles something.]
Jessica: What was that?
Charlotte: *louder* He's really creative with his tongue.
Everyone: *blinks*
Amber: *grinning* In what way?
Charlotte: Well...every kiss is different. And he loves to surprise me. *blushes harder*
[A small creak was heard from outside.]
Ali: *smirk* Hold on you guys...
[She gets up quietly and heads towards the door. Then, quickly opened it. Kevin and Joe toppled inside the room.]
Kevin: *mumbling* This is your fault, Joe.
Joe: What?! You were there first!
Kevin: And we wouldn't have gotten caught if you hadn't fidgeted so much.
Joe: Well, I was ITCHY! *child-like glare*
Jessica: Um, guys? We're still here.
The Boys: *look up*
Kevin: *nervous smile* Oh..heh...Hi there...*looks to Joe for help*
Joe: *sees this and panics slightly* Such beautiful weather, don't you think??
Kevin: *thinking* Wow...
The Girls: *start laughing*
Nikki: So what? Did you hear everything?
Joe: *looks at Charlotte* Yeah, we did. Thanks for the compliment, Char. *smirks*
Charlotte: *blushes*
[Just then, Nick passes by the door and sees his brothers on the ground.]
Nick: What in the world are you guys doing?
The Girls: Eavesdropping.
Nick: *smirks* Typical. Anyway, did you ask them?
Joe: No. We were going to when Kevin started to eavesdrop FIRST. *glares*
Kevin: Hey, who got us caught? I was just fine until you decided to tag along. *glares back*
Nick: *sighs* Anyway, we were wondering if you guys would like to come to a party? Our friend is the host.
Jessica: Ooh! When is it?
Nick: Tonight.
Nikki: AND YOU DECIDE TO TELL US NOW?! Nick, we don't have time to go shopping!
Nick: *winces at Nikki's yelling* We just got the invitation around 30 minutes ago! Sorry!
Amber: *laughs* It's okay. I have plenty of stuff to wear.
Nick: Alright, cool! *looks down at his brothers* Why are you guys still on the ground?
Joe: I have no idea. *pushes on Kevin* Dude, get up! You weigh a ton!
Kevin: Me?! Dude, your pit is in my face.
Joe: WELL GET OFF ME!
The Girls: *laughing*
Nick: *looks at Jessica and smirks* Wear something nice. *walks off*
[His brothers soon follow after.]
Jessica: *blushes*
Ali: Ooh! Jessi's got a crushy!
Jessica: Oh, shut up. *blushes more*
Nikki: Yeah, that reminds me, why haven't you two gotten together? You guys would be unbelievably cute together. *smiles*
Amber: Yeah! He's gotten so much more comfortable around you, and you're getting so much more shyer! What's happening? Like, total role reversal!
Jessica: I know...but I don't know if he likes me...
Everyone: *gives her a dumb look*
Ali: Girl, are you blind?
Charlotte: *laughs* I think so. Jess, he seriously likes you. A lot. Why do you think he said to dress nice?
Jessica: I don't know...so I wouldn't embarrass him?
Nikki: *stares* You are seriously blind.
Everyone but Jessica: *laughs*


- Downstairs -



Joe: So Nick, are you going to make a move on Jess at the party?
Nick: Yeah...but I'm a bit nervous.
Kevin: Why? We've known her for a while.
Nick: That's exactly my point. What if she doesn't feel the same way? It could ruin our friendship...
Joe: Don't worry, pal. Just relax. Plus, I think she likes you, too.
Nick: ...You think?
Kevin: Well, yeah. You didn't see her blush when you smirked at her?
Nick: No...
Kevin: *rolls his eyes*
Nick: Well, what should I do? I mean, I don't want to just walk up to her and ask 'Do you like me?' in her face.
Joe: Well of course not! Just be you, man. You've got her comfortable, just tell her and get it off your chest.
Nick: *sigh* Yeah...ok.
Kevin: You shouldn't stress so much. She loves you man, I know it. *grins*
Nick: Yeah...*thinking* I hope...
