Has anyone considered that perhaps her coach is responsible for this behavior? As the famous saying goes, there are no bad students, only bad teachers. The reality of this story is that New Mexico was beat 3-0 by BYU only 2 weeks earlier. The local New Mexico media reported the Lobos were far more aggressive during this rematch. Wonder why? How about something to this affect by their head coach: "If you don't get out there and OWN those BYU girls, you can kiss your scholarship goodbye....."

Elizabeth is a disgrace to Women's Soccer. I played soccer for years on many different levels. It's easy to get carried away with the emotions of the game. Elbows get thrown, slide tackles get messy but never would I consider her behavior as common sports rivalry. She was hands down inappropriate, blatant and dangerous. You can't fuck with someones neck like that; you just can't. No excuses. The ref's dropped the ball by letting it continue for the duration of the game and Lambert got off easy.
