The game looks nice but I don't really understand the purpose behind the game. Do you just run around town doing cartwheel like a damn fairy taking stuff?

At a certain point you do it just to get 100% :)

Until then, you have to steal stuff and sell it to afford medicine for your daughter. There is also a plot about a corrupt magistrate.

It's my favorite. Free-roaming stealth action as it's best. Acquire should consider a western release.

Ten years ago, Ebizo and His friend ainosuke found a little girl whose parents were murder. Ebizo decider to adopt her, so 10 years after that the story begins, Suzuna is sick and need a expensive medecine, formely a thief ebizo decide to go back to that stealthy world so he can pay the cure.

The whole point of the game is to do missions to earn money, you need to steal certain items or stop other thives,... The 'game world' is quiet small but the game is really really cool.

Same for me, I did 3 year evening courses, so well I can understand the great lines of the story but those Kanjis ^^'

Anyway I think those games are not like rpg's - Imo even games Like FFXII in jap version are really accesible as I could understand 100 % ... with my Dictionary ^^ - you don't really need to understand everything to play ... and By playing some time you will evntually understand Most of the game.
