I haven't used iR Shell in a while, but I believe there's an option to change the clock speed. Try to change it to 333 (the number in the corner should tell you) and start the emulator again.

I went on IR Shell, application view and loaded up the emulator that way. It's a bit slow when playing the game though...

Nice job! Did you go directly to the emulator from iR Shell or did you do something else? I only tried it with my games on UMD...
