@robbs271t the problem is the detent spring. cut one loop off it, stops the shell plate from snapping into position and shaking some powder out. Old comment i know...but thats the issues.

Thanks. Very clear video and informative without being longwinded. Great work!

What is the press mounted to? It appears to be steel. Dimensions and how it's mounted/anchored would be nice.
Thanks

How much for the set up?

Does Dillon no longer supply the two return springs for the powder charge bar. The weight of the powder measure body, lid and powder fill is returning the charge bar w/o the springs... Part number 548
does the case feeder come with the XL 650?

It comes with the "lower parts" meaning that you can manually fill the tube to load that many without inserting manually.
The upper portion (with bowl, motor, etc) you buy separately, but its only about $200.

Quick question: I have the XL650, but I seem to lose a few power particulars on each stroke. Can't seem to find the solution to the power loss. Anyone have an answer.
Best Regards, Bob

Bob- what caliber are you loading? Sounds like there's not a great seal between the brass and the drop tube/expander.
