1/2012 UPDATE: All the complaints about the Patriot Act are completely justified. BUT.
Turns out the little darling was actively calling in bomb hoaxes with an network of Internet friends. Ended up in jail for a couple years, which may indeed be about right in terms of punishment.
Can't get Facebook to post the URL, but a Google search finds it.
But let me state AGAIN that this was a simple criminal case. It did NOT call for a loss of rights.

I guess that our politicians took the Constitution and decided to wipe their asses with it, because they ran out of hundred dollar bills to do it with.
Seriously, I'm rather sure that if you have US citizenship, then you're protected under all the amendments, specifically those 4-9. This is unconstitutional, really. If you're arrested without being read your Miranda Rights, then your arrest should be void.

the point is that it HAS NO CHECKS AND BALANCES

@m015094 There has been severe terrorism in germany in the 70s up to mid 80s where even Ministers got shot but nobody tried to disable the constitution to enable the military to take poeple wihout filing a charge and detain them indefinately NDDA 2012.Do you live in a cave, whats wrong with you?US is a police state class A ranking. In only 3 years between 2003-2005 over 2000 people died in US police custody. In Germany aprox 500 people died in police custody betw,1964-2010.make the math

@HateGovernment I am a Vietnam Infantry veteran and have no use for guns myself, haven't touched one since Vietnam but uphold and feel safer with the right of any American to own one if he or she wants.

@chris99103 A police state that doesn't put up with bomb threats. Good for them. Just curious...if it's such a police state, when's the last time the police raided your house? Oh...what's that? They haven't? Hmmmm.....

Thnx Chris; knew it was old, appreciate the update. As I posted some time back,, I bet she 'believes in guns now. Ha! , Now she can't have one around him.

@linestorming What is "arms"? Solely guns?
I'm not Amish. I do have recipe books and books written about them. They are fascinating when you study up on them. I buy my children books on Amazon about Amish children. We RARELY watch TV. I'm something in the middle. ha ha Just being my own person doing what seems to be as natural as possible. Common sense tells me that when society gets too big nature will ultimately take it down! I might be "American" but, I don't live according to their sterotype. I can't tell you when I ate by McDs.

I don't like McDonalds, so that's not anything I'd miss. The only thing McDonald's has that I get once in a blue moon - maybe once a year, is a hot fudge sundae. Their's is really good!
