Sounds like we have traveled somewhat similar paths. I started in Kenpo Karate, did some Tae Kwon Do, once I hit internal about 25 years ago stayed there. I learned Yang via Tung lineage and in recent years Chen but my focus is Bagua, limited Taijiquan practice these days. I love walking the circle. 50 now an dplan to still be doing it in my eighties! I'll google T. Y. Pang. Thanks for sharing.

Nice video. I study Gao style and am learning the Swimming body form that comes from Luo who learned from one of Sun Xikun's students. Do you do a different swimming body form in addtion to the form you have posted?

Hi circles;
I mostly practice Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan, and am learning the Xingyi system of Li Gui Chang. I have a thirty-year history in TKD and Kenpo, but over the last ten years I have switched to internal styles completely. The steps you see me doing (somewhat crudely) are from T.Y. Pang, a Taiji master in our area who studied with Sun Xikun. Those are the only steps of that system I know, but I learned some Sun Lu Tang Bagua from Tim Cartmell and a Yin-style form.
