  • Hi Patrick, ive been following your tutorials as i go along in class. i havent taken math in about 8 yrs and jumped into calc like an idiot so pls forgive me if im asking a stupid question here. towards the end on the almost last steps, how come you multiplied from the left side the recip of 2/49 instead of dividing it over ? i got -43/49 instead...is this incorrect? my profs said to divided to get the dx/dt by itself...kinda confused. would love to hear from you thks

  • @iminimomo multiplying by the reciprocal of 2/49 is the same as dividing by 2/49

  • You should teach calc at UT! Please!

  • @XxBassgirlxX get me hired and there would be a 50 / 50 chance i would take it.

  • wow my bad i didnt go far enough to realise that you fixed it a few seconds later sorry!

  • no problem! : )

thanks for keeping an eye out for me though! i do like to be informed when i mess up so that i can note it!

  • questioooon!!! shouldn't it be moving to the left because the final answer is negative? and, it's also being asked in the book in which direction the point is moving. please clarify this, thank you!! :D

  • You are the best math educator out there. You are more qualified than qualified math teachers. Because your teaching methods are so simple yet so effective. And the best part is that you go through each step through detail making it really clear why everything happens.

  • @aviancegaines .....You will always have something to plug in.......

  • Thanks for the great lessons!!!

  • Why don't you wait to substitute?
