Dear god. He was actually sober - or at least not on acid. It's actually a lot funnier if you realize - like his friends said in the comment thread of the original post - that Deacon was actually flipping TV channels or something, and commenting on the random images in a way that made fun of Staten Island stereotypes. That makes a lot more sense, and is a lot funnier, considering he's doing a Staten Island accent.

I love me some LSD, but the fact is this had nothing to do with dropping acid.

lol. lsd is a psychedelic, not a stimulant or "upper". also, dan deacon did numerous interviews about this video stating that the acid thing is the rumor and that he was indeed not tripping when he made this. just type in "drinking out of cups explained" into your google search bar and many articles quoting him will come up. im not trying to be a dick but you should verify the information that you yourself are posting before calling others uninformed
