This is wonderful. Always considered Marty about the greatest, but never saw this before. What program was this from? What a great way to see Marty and hear this great song. Any more videos around like this?

The more I listen to Marty's music, the more favorites I find. My all-time favorite, though, has always been "Tonight Carmen."

Thanks for the great post!
I've never heard Marty Robbins do a song poorly and one of the things I've always liked were the surprises Marty would come with by singing Calypso, Hawiian Country & Western or Rockabilly and he did them all well!
I've always liked Mr. Shorty, and it's always great to find people who appreciate Marty Robbins. He wrote this song for his brother, who came up with the "when you call me Shorty..." line.
