Update Working Out and Flexing
In this video i am using:
Dumbbells
barbell curl
weight machines



Working out in the gym like everyday, but in this video just showing a few workouts i do for most of my muscles.

  • Man shave your armpits ...

  • you swing the weights a little to much, especially with the curls. slowing it down can help you get more muscle gains.

  • Slow down on the nautilis machines, slower, less reps with more weight builds strength and definition fast
