Wind Orchestra arrangement of Magia by Kalafina using Finale 2010 and Sony Soundforge 10. The movie is made from Vegas 9 and the pictures are from Google.

MP3: http://www.4shared.com/audio/ukReR5mt/Magia_-_Wind_Orchestra_Version.html
Finale .mus (for Finale 2010+): http://www.4shared.com/file/dLjMsr1m/Magia.html
PDF: http://www.4shared.com/document/PTYcM9pr/Magia.html

Warning 1: Percussion Line (Drum Set) is written for playback only. I don't think it has same notes as that in the song.
Warning 2: The PDF file contains newer version of the score with some correction of notes. I plan to upload newer version (with Garritan Personal Orchestra Sounds) later.

  • I'm going to try to arrange this version for marching band, is that okay with you?

  • @Clarinerd617 It is okay. By the way there is a line that this version has not included. It is the bass line at "Tamerai wo nomohoshite..." and "Mayowazu ni yukeru nara..." which in the original version is played maybe by cello or bass. I forgot to notice that part.

  • Sounds like something you would hear for the last stage of a mario game. Nice work nonetheless.

  • 0:53 scared the fuck outta me.

  • God, if only our band could play something like this.

  • Sounds like final fantasy battle music.

  • OMG!!! KYUUBEI at 0:53!!! dude.... he looks like hes gonna kill ya!

  • And for a dramatic finish... DECAPITATION!

  • Either this one, or the updated version, which I have just noticed you have done. I would be so grateful :D

  • I don't suppose I may have a copy of the midi file of this could I, please? I am trying to re-arrange the song for a group of 12 girls to sing (and possibly have live accompanyment) but I can't find a good copy of a midi to work from anywhere. :(

Sounds awesome by the way :)

  • Thank you! this is very useful. I was planning to do a fandub of this song and I wanted to know the exact notes of the backing vocals

  • I convinced my band teacher to let us play this in band. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction.
