http://reasonablefaith.org - Mr. 2+2=5... I mean, atheist Dr. Lawrence Krauss does a rather peculiar striptease in front of William Lane Craig during their debate. This video was made by Birdieupon

  • At least Lawrence Krauss has the ability to look beyond the vague and ridiculous "my god did it" and is genuinely trying to explain how we all got here.

Yes, yes, it's all just a bit of fun.

  • @mightymuso Actually, what's more funny is that atheists can't get past their pat "blind and mindless and dead nature did it" answer.

  • @drcraigvideos It's actually very humbling when you realise that the universe is moving along without you in mind. Any argument Mr Craig can make about god, a member of an opposing religion can also make. Funnily enough, none of which can offer any proof.

I'm sure you've had plenty of replies and conversations with people saying the same stuff as me so I'm bowing out.

Have a good Xmas anyway :)

  • @mightymuso "Any argument Mr Craig can make about god, a member of an opposing religion can also make." Yeah, I can totally see Muslims and Jews make the same argument about the resurrection of Jesus that Craig would make. *GASP* Wait a minute! You did watch the video, didn't you? You're not like the rest of the 99% of atheists in youtube who refuse to watch the videos I post, are you? Anyway...

  • @drcraigvideos Blind and mindless nature is pretty much the base assumption for science. It's basically the simplest explanation: a mindless force vs a complex combination of forces, or consciousness.

If we come to a point where something impossible happens then go ahead and cling to God, but not a second too soon.

  • @TheAtheologian Well, if you think a mindless process can bring forth mindful people then be my guest. It doesn't take a scientist to know something like that is a complete contradiction. What's next, nothiing can do something? Oh, wait a minute...

  • Atheists would believe that 2 + 2 = 5 if it was necessary to show there is no God.

  • @ZeroShift5000 Krauss has only himself to blame for this.

  • @drcraigvideos Oh please, that's just a semantic argument. And if it's not, you actually believe there is some massive empty gap between mindful and mindless, then it's circular.

I think that a sum of many complicated processes cause the mind. You don't. You saying that it cannot happen is not an argument in support of this preposition.

Not to mention I am severely curious to where you draw the line in the sand of what is mind, and what is not.

  • @wullz16 Lol, so true! I can remember reading that in response to one of the questions posted on his website.

  • Hes not very good at it LoL

  • "It reminds me of something from Jurassic Park" --Lmfao wtf?

  • 2+2=5??? SERIOUSLY??? Miss Billis in first grade was a total stupidhead, then. Still, this is a funny video, and not just because 2+2=5.

  • "reminds me of those auditions for American Idol by contestants who are so cringingly bad but who actually imagine that they can sing" - William Lane Craig (quote out of context, but relevent)

  • Too funny! XD

  • "It reminds me of something from Jurassic Park!" HAhaha
