No Time, no Space, cold and rainy here in the Summer here in the south of France too, and of course my body doesn't like it. I did not take diazepam because it can provoke epilepsy on withdrawal. I like to get off these roundabouts.
Cultivate the impersonal self (the door man at the Ritz) when dealing with Toxic folk.

My favorite video on YOuTube. EVER.
I love this story.
It is most certainly given to you from the Holy Spirit.
God bless you.
Enjoy your life born again (in Christ) and born anew (Liberation Procedure).
May your life be a lesson to all.
Love,
Mark

Hullo mate. It's not the cold, but the change of seasons that brings about the MS creaks in me. Love ya lots, I was at the P.O.W. in Sydney or my previous attack.

I just found you. Salve for the ears. Thank you for sharing. I love the coins, but most of all, thank you for sharing Philippians. I LOVE that verse, and I really needed to hear that today. I've been dx with MS for over 10 yrs, in the same boat with my children and hubby. We live in Michigan where we experience hot and cold. Most of my flare ups are when the weather turns cold. I hope you are doing well.

@pamisue21 :) Thanks for your lovely comments. Sometimes I need to remind myself of that verse and the coins analogy! In fact it is probably a very timely reminder :) Kerri

I love this video! This is one of the main issues I'm going thru right now. With balance issues I can "grab" a wall if I need to but rest does not help my fatigue. Thank you so much for this! This is how I will start prioritizing my life. Now I have a "visual" to help me. MS is a cruel, "taking" disease. But in spite of all that what I have learned I will NEVER forget. You truely learn what is important and realize what really doesn't matter. Thank you again and God Bless You Always!

Thanks! Yes the coin analogy is something that I continually have to remind myself. It helps a lot with my children; they understand when I am having a low coin day and when I have some in the bank! Spend those coins on the good stuff eh? Kerri

Kerri. I always find myself back to this video! It is truly a work of art. I have been using your coin analogy to train a new nurse and I really think it has helped with learning to prioritize.
Thank you so much for giving us this part of you life as a lesson to all of us.

Hi Mark - thanks so much. I am glad it has been helpful to others as I believe that it was not so much a work of art but a work of the Spirit in my life. It has helped relieve a lot of 'guilt' and 'self condemnation' about what I can and can't do. I have had a great deal of freedom since this point. I have also explained it to my kids and when I am tired at the end of the day I might say "I am saving my last coin to read you a story before bed, right now I need to rest." They get it. xo
