Glock 27 Modification.MP4

I added stippling to my Glock 27 using a soldering iron. I would recommend this mod as long as patience is exercised when performing the task. This greatly increased grip with little cost.

Nice vid, been considering a g27 to go with my xd40sc and xd45 but if you are going to EDC, always keep one in the chamber man, unless you can draw and rack the slide before the bg gets a shot off. Glocks are perfectly safe to roll w/one in the chamber, just keep your finger off the trigger.

You could go a little deeper with the iron but be careful.

I too carry the 27. I use a 13 round mag without the spacer for the range, but don't carry that way, I carry a subcompact for a reason.

I have trained with the stock 9 round magazines to get used to curling the pinky under, but have since started using the +2 extensions (Glock) and have no problems loading 11 + 1 rounds

I can only get 1 round into the "+2" mag extensions by glock or Pearce. But hey, then you can have 10+1, plus an extra 10 rds on the hip, that is a decent amount, you could have 1 more mag in the car too.

The Glock has great trigger safety too. Keeping round in chamber means you are ready in an instant - in case you are injured, your left hand impaired/slippery (or broken), if you are confused, etc. Wow, that is beautiful stippling, great job. Thank you for your video.

Very nice, the finer, more 'random' texturing/stippling looks WAY better than the rows of big holes burned straight in. It looks good and gives better grip, rather than looking terrible. Great job, am preparing to do a similar style based on yours and Gonzo0170's vids, I really like the fine texturing better, it looks more professionally done.

@MrRampro You've already stippled your gun, but I've recommended the A-Grip over the Talon because while the Talon is rough like sandpaper the A-Grip has the feel of suede and completely covers the grip. When it's applied to the grip it can be stretched slightly to overlap the bottom of the magazine well which will fill in the gap that causes the pinching. I've had it on my G27 for 3 years with no obvious wear and it's carried almost daily. When wet it grips even better, but nice stippling job.

@eldubya2010 the 10mm glock only comes in subcompact or full size. Thats why i got the subcompact... & and it fits right in my pocket! 11 shots babby! GLOCK 29 all day
