Flash Player 10.1 supports ATI Stream. If you are running a radeon graphics adapter you're in luck. Try it out. Otherwise, nope.

Adobe is trying to start using the gpu, right now you can get a beta that attempts this. blu ray does not use flash, it uses java.

does any one know if flash player can run on the GPU? because when i wath bluray my cpu is at 1-2% an the gpu at 30%
