Jailbreak your phone, download Dreamboard from Cydia and download the OS7 mod from modmyi. You have a functional Windows phone skin, then you win.

@VloggingwithKai If your looking to buy a new phone and haven't used Windows Phone 7 before, this will help you make a decision on if the OS is right for you. It's a very handy thing to have if you haven't used Windows Phone 7.
