air madagascar!!! because they give 30kg against 23kg for air mauritius. And who would dare to compare air mada flight attendant to those oldish air mauritius ladies????

Just judge and compare the politics of both countries and see which one has the best and safest company...for sure Air Mauritius is a winner.They use newly state of the art aircrafts such as airbus..whereas Air Madagascar borrow their old boeings, most of them are outdated. Air Mauritius are the best outclassing even Air Austral.

Its ridiculous to see the airline of your nationality as the BEST one (Am not saying that cuz am Mauritian!!)
Instead compare airlines from performances, services, customer care and so on, that what makes an airline the best.

@yalvin23 I forgot to say that Air Mauritius is the 3rd best airline on the African continent (Skytrax). Air Mad is not even on the list.

But You missed to mention that Air Madagascar was not autorised to land on many European countries the last 2 years!!!!

I repeat it again:
1. Air Mauritius is the leading airline in the Indean Ocean since many years (IATA)
2. Air Mauritius is one of Airbus' most adored clients... Being the first to fly the A340 in the southern Hemisphere.
3. So trying to compare Air Mauritius to Sri Lankan or Air Madagascar is just RIDICULOUS. They are not on the same level. So it's based on facts that Air Mauritius rules.
