This is a video about Chloe and Clark. In the beginning we see Clark tell Chloe how he feels. Chloe was tired of feeling the way she did about him and just wanted to get over him. So she tells Clark that they need some time apart and she pushes her feelings for Clark on Jimmy hoping that will fix her problem. What Chloe doesn't know is that Clark's feelings towards her have changed. When the song goes "I miss..." It's either Clark or Chloe in the present thinking about how things were between them before. The 'dreamy' scenes of Chloe and Jimmy are what Clark thinks is going on with them. When you see non-distorted Chimmy scene is what is really going on. And I'll let you draw your own conclusions about the end.
