Lately there's been a lot of talk about the effects of Global warming due to our love of gas guzzling vehicles and our dependency on foreign oil. Scientists and entrepreneurs around the world are busy developing what they hope will be our answer to cleaner burning vehicles. What many people don't realize is that this technology already exists and it's been around for quite some time now.

Charles Anderson, president of Golden Fuel systems has been converting diesel engines to run on free waste vegetable oil for almost a decade now. Not only is this a way to use a free waste product, but the fuel itself can be grown domestically and it's much cleaner for the environment.

This DVD was Shot during a seminar on Straight Vegetable Oil at Ecoversity in Santa Fe, New Mexico and is packed with 2 and a half hours of valuable information. Listen along while many of the most frequently asked questions about this technology are discussed and answered.

If you would like to purchase this SVO Seminar DVD or one of our other DVDs Such as Liquid Gold: A guide on gathering and filtering waste vegetable oil for fuel or Diesel: The Man, The Engine, The Potential please visit us at http://www.goldenfuelsystems.com

  • I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but, what makes vegetable oil so viscous?

  • It's not a stupid question. The Glycerin in the oil, the stuff that they remove using chemicals when they make biodisel so the veggie will flow unrestricted to the engine is what makes the oil thick. You can thin the oil down without using chemicals by using heat. That's how an SVO system burns unmodified fuel. This will save you money and time over making your own biodiesel.
