Dumb cops... Now try getting it for 15 + seconds, say 4 or 5 times, while being screamed at by some asshole cop to stop struggling. Either that, or stop risking the lives of your victims by using these torture weapons. -And don't tell me that tasers 'save lives' okay? They DON'T.
