This guy sounds like he knows whats he talking about.

there is no need for this - the consitution grands no power to the Fed Gov to impose a prohibition on any good. So all that need is a return to the consitution, which would mean a full legalization of everything including alcohol and tobacco which are also currently illegally regulated by DC.
And I doubt that Obama would like to grand any power to the states, he didn't put an end to the DEA raids either.

This guy is a great speaker who really understands his topic and how to express it to the public. And so young too! He cant be much older than me. I would not be surprised to see him in the whitehouse or global politics some day.

What about me? I have a stressful job which causes me insomnia. At one time I got so stressed that my legs and arms got covered with psoriasis. (I quit that client.) I want to use pot to help relieve stress and sleep better. I tried it so I know it works.

Great clip. Seems that "direct democracy", where people petition and place referendums on their States' ballots is the best route. I hope that obama will express and tinker with, say, the DEA, to allow for States Rights interpretation of these subsequent MINI-legalizations.

81%? If you haven't figured out that our politicians are NOT working for us by now...
You couldn't get get 81% of Americans to agree on anything. I'm paraphrasing Bill Maher, but you couldn't get that many Americans to show up if you were having an election between tits and BIGGER tits and you were handing out free samples!
Even with that many Americans, you couldn't change a politicians mind. They are either payed off or set in their ways like an old person who keeps using the word "colored."
