This is clearly a prophecy telling of how Israel will again become a nation in the end days. Israel had not be a nation in over 2500 years and the bible in several books states that it will again become a nation in the end days. This happened in 1948 when the US recognized Israel as a nation. This is only one prophecy. There are a lot more.
