@DaewonsongRave No, Lily's schizophrenic, which means she has another personality. But I think Bethesda put Leo in New Vegas as an easter egg for anyone who's played Fallout 3 before.

Uncle Leo in my game appeared behind Super duper mart. I made him essential just to make him immortal.
