This is an unusual version of the classic "Dein ist mein ganzes Herz" from the Franz Lehar operetta "Das Land des Lächelns"... The best known version is of course the one by Richard Tauber, who also starred in the first movie adaptation of the operetta in 1930. "Das Land des Lächelns" was also a tremendous succes in France where the famed song became known as "Je t'ai donné mon coeur" (I gave you my heart / English version : You are my heart's delight).
This recording features "Dein ist mein ganzes Herz" as a slowfox performed by Tom Waltham and his orchestra with vocals by Georges Tabet who went on the form the famous Pills & Tabet duo together with Jacques Pills. His singing style would change considerably over the next years...
More information on "Das Land des Lächelns" can be found here with links to French and English pages :

Unfortunately I have very little information on the Tom Waltham orchestra except that he was an English bandleader who first appeared on the stage in France in 1919 and remained active there until the early 1930s... His band was also known as "Tom Waltham & his Ad Libs". A famous musician in his band was Franco-American musician, composer and arranger Léo Arnaud (1904-91).
The video features sheet music of popular operettas.

Merci!
