I've subbed, I modelled with blender for around a year and I moved to 3ds max..
I grasped modelling with max really fast but I found texturing so much harder and this has really helped me!

Great video, however you lost me around the 4min and 5min mark. When you started to unwrap, I felt more explanation was needed of what exactly is happening and what we're seeing. For example, why did you move the starting contents outside the blue grid.(at 3:20) Explain about those two thin rectangle bar shapes in the main rectangle shape; why are they placed like that?; why are there only 2, instead of 4?; etc.(at 4:30)

@kryps1 3:20 I moved all polygons out of the UV space just to keep things tidy... 4:30 another two are on top of the UV space... look at 4:55
