  • @mnega001 man i hate people like you.

  • kasey akira are you serious...does it look like she is doing a bicep curl?? this is a great core exercise that helps work the stabilizer muscles of the quads while working the stabilization of the core as well. Thus, it would be a great exercise for the swim portion as she mentions.

  • How the hell is it stupid or dangerous. Do you understand anything about what muscles she was trying to work and why? This is a common core/hip flexor exercise

  • she sounds like a fuckin hillbilly that doesnt know jack aobut triathlons

  • this girl is so nice but this excercise is so stupid and dangerous too...

  • Its typical for expert village. They cant find someone who knows how to explain a bicep curl correctly.

And I cant fathom why anyone would EVER suggest doing 10 to 15 reps in preparation for a triathlon. WHEN, in a TRIATHLON, are you EVER going to do 10 to 15 reps of ANYTHING?

  • thank you good avice again!

  • Wow. I'm sorry, but that was a turn-on.
