I have been doing those videos for a week now, and I can tell my body has changed! I do about 2 videos a day and I have already increased my flexibility, my cardio is better, I can now do the moves properly (i wasnt too good to start with! and I can see I am more toned already.
I have a BMI of 22 so I do those to tone, and I haven't really changed my eating habits. I wanted to move more and I don't have the money to go to the gym!
