This is advertising for CPS so they can make money going into panic mode. The more removals they can justify with panics like this, the more money they make. Follow the money. Adoption and Safe Families Act awards states for removing children from parents. It's UNCAPPED bonuses to states, with a prize to the state that takes the most kids. No kidding.

Google the "Baby P effect". CPS isn't stupid. They know damn well what will happen when a biological parent is in the news for child abuse. It's GREAT publicity for them.

CPS isn't understaffed. They have far too many staff, and those staff are far too busy hounding good parents, and parents who may need assistance, but aren't getting it (unless you call stealing their kids assistance). CPS is the most corrupt gov't agency going, bar none. All parents are only a phone call away from having their children taken. And when they do go to foster care, there is a very good chance they will be raped, beaten or murdered.

CPS deliberately leaves children in homes where they have a good chance of being abused because a) CPS doesn't care if children are abused (and that's why so many are abused in foster care, because CPS doesn't care) and, b) CPS wants these cases to happen because CPS knows that when the media gets ahold of the story, it will, ultimately, be good PR for them, and they will get a spike in child abuse reports, more funding, etc., etc. This video proves what I am saying is true.
