Killing a bunch of people with the best weapon in the entire game after some idiot soldier decided to get himself killed and leave me alone while a demo and pyro were approaching...
@stevenbogda The biggest advantage you have as a medic is making the enemy think you are retreating (because medics are weak and a support class, yada yada yada) but then you suddenly charge at them.
@stevenbogda Pyros seem like they would have an advantage, but if you get one to chase you and then juke n' jive them real quick and go back the other way, they get lost in their own flames and don't notice you are now behind them. As long as you see an enemy before they see you and start raining down needles on them, by the time they realize you are there it will be too late. Nothing is more awesome then a storm of glowing critical needles coming down on an enemy!
@CerealGames When you get better, no class can withstand an accurate stream of needles. Soldiers are one of the easiest to take down if they are far away. You can easily dodge their rockets while predicting where they are strafing. If all the needles hit, your health stays at 100% while theirs depletes. Heavies are the only ones I have a problem with but it seems like the players who play that class are new and very slow so you just run around them shooting at the same point...
@MrLisreal It totally does. I think the biggest advantage you have with it is that the enemy's first thoughts are "I am going to kill this weak medic" and by the time they get halfway to you, they have so many needles in them they can't even make it. I just like practicing running backwards while being chased and guessing where they are going to run and laying down a line of needles while boosting my health at the same time!
