The Pinnacle® Premium Router Quick-Lift combines instant elevation change with micro-adjustment to dramatically reduce the time it takes to change a router bit while allowing the user to dial in bit height for precision milling of stock. With a simple twist of the spring-assisted lift wrench, the router motor is free to be moved to any vertical location without any other action required. Fine, precise bit height changes are equally as effortless by dialing the thumb-wheel to make accurate adjustments across a 3/4" range. This combination of rapid elevation change and micro-fine adjustability will save you time and increase the accuracy of your entire table based routing operations. This heavy-duty Router Quick-Lift is designed for the most demanding routing operations.
•Top plate is cast and ground aluminum jig plate offering superior stiffness and rigidity
•The carriage with integral motor clamping mechanism (sized for the industry standard PC 7518, sold separately) is accurately machined from solid aircraft grade aluminum and rides on large 1.025" ground and polished steel posts and precision machined guide bearings
•Equipped with a brake connected to the micro-adjust gear-box to lock the carriage when even the slightest change in bit height is unacceptable
•Each router plate is machined in a CNC milling machine to exacting tolerances to give you a perfect fit in router tables with a 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" opening
•The plate also features engraved scales to simplify fence positioning while eight threaded setscrews are accessible from above for leveling
•Adjustable brass plungers ensure a perfect fit in the router table opening
•The plate has a 3-9/16" opening which is specially machined to accept the included aluminum insert rings with 2-5/8", 1" and 13/16" guide bushing openings
•The router lift is complete with threaded starting pin, spanner wrench and detailed instructions
The 8-piece Aluminum Insert Ring Set (sold separately) offers a full range of sizes to accommodate virtually any router bit. Includes: Solid, 5/8", 7/8", 1-3/8", 1-5/8", 1-7/8", 2" and 2-1/8" openings.
