Tai Chi has been called Moving Meditation, or Stillness in Motion. Video by Dan Stefan illustrates these metaphors. Performed by Angela Hsu Cantafio, competition gold medallist and tai chi teacher from Sydney, Australia. Filmed on the surreal terrace of the Festival Centre in Adelaide, Australia. This is a promotion for my new release DVD: "Tai Chi: Combined 48 Form".
