sorry the top E string is detuned as a B so you have 2 top B string to get the sitar effect

OK Ijust tuned the guitar in open C than use the 3 fret and <5th fret G and D string like smoke on the water. finger position ...OK? let the open B string detuned as a e and e string ring as a drone sitar than use a flanger for the effect I also had a big muff distortion for the other guitar part. it was Ian caples idea the engineer to add the distorted chords... but the way same Open C tuning it is just a standard Texas open tuning for blues slide guitar.. or country blue grass

B string and E string tuned as a C to get the sitar type sound and the rest as an open c tuning
