agree with missyblissy 90, if you take half an ambien you'd be good. as long as you sleep 2 hrs you won't be groggy

Yeah, I'm having the same problem right now. It's 1:31 am and I'm not THAT tired, so I can't sleep, and I donno whether I should stay up or just force myself to sleep. Plus, it's summer and so now all my hours are turned around which I HATE =/

I had the same problem yesterday for SCRAM, because it was from 9p.m. til 5a.m. and i slept the day away the next day with my dad on the couch...I just got him a funny card that said thats what we would do. "bond"
