We're talking about that sculpted look, six-pack abs, without one sit-up. Super toned abs. Thirty-one year old Joanna Ortiz tried dieting and working out but couldnt get that look. "So the main part I was concerned about was the belly button area and like the sides, the love handles." Wanting specific spot reduction, jJanna turned to doctor Erik Smith, for a new kind of liposuction called VASER high definition lipo culpture. Patients are now able to have a more defined look. They're able to have an athletic look. They're able to be able to be transformed into a gym body. Unlike with traditional lipo, where large amounts of fat are removed with this VASER high def procedure it is just specific small pockets of fat that are targeted. The trick to high definition, is not the fat you remove. It is what you leave behind. So the fat is sculpted to look like toned muscle. As seen in these photos from VASER high def lipo. "I had like a little lump here, and one above here. And then on the sides, like I had a little bulge here." This is Joanna six days after the surgery. She is still a little swollen and bruised, but already sees the early signs of the sculpted look she wants. "I want more like an hour glass shape, just for my clothes to fit well, and not have the little bulge on the side." While Joanna was'nt aiming to lose weight, she'll need smaller pants for her new sculpted waste. "Look at all the space I have now!"
