You'll need to reset your counter which caused the printer to stop printing, use the Epson utility epson support - inkpad youtube wont let me post the link here....
It's free, unfortunately it's a pc based reset..... I noticed posts elsewhere saying to use the reset sellers on Ebay... Don't spend a dime on these epson is free.
I agree this Aritsan 800 sucks, it burns through ink like no other hence my soaked ink pad! and the paper exit tray broke in a month.....
