That is so darn cute! I have two Cockatiels, a Green-Cheeked Conure & a Pacific Parrotlet. And I just Love 'em to bits! My Conure can only say, "Pippin!" (That's his name), "Pretty Birdie-bird" & "Okkk okkk okkk, no bite, Pippin". I love this video! :D

hes so cute! u should get his band removed, unless you have a particular reason u need it on. cute little bird anyways! =)

Yes, he needs to be banded. If it was problematic, it would have been removed but he and all of his siblings as well as the flock he was hatched from is banded.

How long did it take for him to start talking?

He started talking within the 4 weeks of him being with us...so by 3 months old. We spend lots of time with him. I work from home and so we are always together and that seems to be key.
