This was actually quite fun to film, even though it took me forever to edit.

Plain yogurt is a great moisturizer for the skin. Leave mixture on skin for 10-15 minutes tops. When you add honey it helps your skin to moisturize even more and gets rid of redness. Also, by adding lemon juice it helps make your skin become brighter in appearance!

P.S- why not add in some cucumbers as well? it helps reduce puffy-ness in the eyes.

Try it out, it's fun and yummy :)

Dannon "Plain" yogurt
Lemon juice concentrate
Honey

  • I use natural strawberry yogurt, because strawberries are also really good for your skin.

  • @27maku You don't need a hardcore exercise routine. You could do a simple workout everyday for 30 mins, there are thousands on the net just gather the most effective ones and make a routine. Exercise in the morning before you eat is 3 times more effective than any exercise done any other time during the day. Be careful with the whole grains, contrary to common belief they make you fat, so don't eat cereal like crazy because it's "healthy".

  • @27maku oh god. *rolls eyes* stop pretending it's so hard to lose weight. if you make it look "impossible" in your mind it will be impossible for real. You have to drink lots of water, eat less in the evening and always exercise your ass off BEFORE you eat anything in the morning. You could run it works very well. Treadmill isn't that great,good old running is much more effective.Most importantly, never starve. That's a horrible thing to do to your body.
