Miley;
So much to do in so little time. I had Kevin who has this raging ear ache wont stop screaming. Kade is having yet another low day. I need to give her a insulin shot. I'd wake Selena and Joe, but Selena's was working all day yesterday on a new album and Joe is talking with his manager about doing another movie. I sighed deeply as I set Kevin in the high chair his screeching getting louder. I groaned and turned the TV on, hoping that would keep Kevin quiet. I rushed quickly to the box of Kade's medication. I grabbed the needle and filled it with insulin. I realized that the screeching had stopped, as well as Kade's moans. I smiled to myself. "What has you two so quiet?" I asked. Without saying a word Kade raised her arm and pointed to the TV screen. I set the needle on the counter and walked swiftly to the TV screen. My jaw hit the floor. Kade and Kevin were watching Nick playing live in a venue. Suddenly he stopped playing and was telling the audience how this has been so rough for him and he ran off stage. "Whats wrong with daddy?" Kade asked me curiously. I sighed trying to keep my tears inside my body. "Daddy's just overjoyed by all his fans." I said sweetly. I heard footsteps approach behind myself. "DADDY!" Kade screamed loudly. She jumped off the chair and ran behind me. I turned my torso to see Nick standing there with a smile blossoming on his lips. Kade rushed into his arms. Nick gave her multiple kisses on her cheeks. I tried to hide my smile. Once Kade let go of Nick, Kevin did a quick walk to Nick and hugged his legs while giggling. Nick picked him up in his arms and hugged him tightly. Nick set Kevin on the ground after a couple of minutes. Nick faced me and his smile glowed. "Hello Miley." He greeted me politely. I nodded. "Nick. Do you mind me asking. Why are you here?" He sighed. "I wanted to see my children Miley. Its been weeks. Plus I know you don't have everything under control." I scoffed. "I do too have everything under control." I lied through my bare teeth. Like on cue Kevin started screeching, he was pulling on his little ear. Kade had her head in her hands and was groaning loudly. "Need help, Miley?" He asked. I sighed. "Fine." I watched as he proceeded towards Kevin and swooped him up in his arms. With a free arm Nick grabbed the medication for Kevin's ear and sat Kevin on the table. "Can you tilt your head for daddy, Kev?" Nick asked sweetly. Kevin cocked his head to the side. Nick slowly dropped three drops into Kevin's ear. Kevin's crying stopped and he looked at Nick with a shy smile. Nick mirrored the smile. Nick placed Kevin on the ground. Kevin then picked up his pacifier and stuck it in his mouth. Nick walked over to Kade who had her head on the table. "Feeling low?" Nick asked Kade gently. Kade raised her head and nodded slowly. "I know what you mean Kade. Come here. I'll make it go away." Nick had his arms outstretched for Kade. Kade threw herself into Nick's arms. Nick placed Kade on the kitchen counter. He picked the needle up in his hand. "Need daddy's hand?" He asked. Kade grasped onto his hand as Nick stuck the needle into her arm. Nick threw the old needle into the trash can. Kade looked at Nick and gave him a smile. With help of Nick she hopped off the counter and began playing with Kevin. Nick faced me and smiled. "Thanks for letting me see my children." I nodded. "Its no problem Nick." "Can we talk Miley?" I shook my head. "Theres not much to talk about Nick." He sighed. "Did you hear me on TV?" He asked. I nodded. "That was very sweet Nick, but we need time apart. I need to think about the situation. You're welcomed to call and I'll drop Kade and Kevin off to see you, but as for us." "We're over?" He asked sadly. "No. We're still very much together. Just going over a bump in the road thats it." He sighed. "If you didn't want me anymore, just say the words Miley." I groaned. "I do want you, Nick. Just give me space." He sighed shaking his head. "Whatever you want Miley. All I've ever given you is love. Everything else is much more important that my love for you." "Nicholas. Please-" He shook his head. "When its time, Miley. Patience is the key word. Have a nice day." He wished me. He stuffed his hands in his pockets and left with my heart..
