Yeah it's colonial marine and not colonel marine. AVP doesn't have music because it wasn't made to be a fast paced shooter like Doom. Crank up the volume to hear the atmosphere in the humming ship. It's supposed to be scary and survival-ish and not run and gun. Way ahead of it's time in many ways.

Why are you playing the Predator as if you were an invulnerable crack addict? Why are you unable to figure out Syndicate if you have an instruction manual? Did you think all the balls jokes would make you sound like you were in on the joke, rather than a punchline?

If you are looking for a pretty fun (though very very strange) Jaguar Game..get a copy of 'Attack of the Mutant Penguins"!!

All games are stupid if you play them by slapping the controller with your flippers. By the same logic Mario Bros is an unplayeble piece of crap - if you just start the game and run straight into the first goomba. Sure - most Jag games were turd-tastic, yet some of them had merit, and AVP was in fact a fairly decent game for its time that is still moderately fun to play.

Also - Flashback's cinematics and animations are identical across most platforms, as they run on the same vector engine.

Alien Vs Predator was very cool for its day and comparing to games now is stupid but thats what this douche is doing. It was the "killer app" for the Jaguar and it was a great game.

When Conrad flashes, it represents the loss of a shield (a force-field generator that lets him survive getting shot/injured, NOT to be confused with the shield device you get later on). If I remember correctly, you can have up to five shields.
