go to teh bios go to headding "data" then go down to what opens first and move the cd option above the hdd. Then go to save & continue and it should open the disk and so forth
or. you can just right click on the ubuntu icon and click send. send it to your cd drive and then click on the ballon that pops up in the right hand bottom corner of your comp and click file and burn to cd.
by the system settings he means bios.

extract it, then use Iso power to burn it on Cd, then it will be easy to install it as a bootable Cd, hope it helps :)

delete WinRAR then you will have the ISO file
