@romeosdistress I think that the central problem is that Courtney cant hit the falsetto high notes in chorus.. so he sings the chorus an octave lower.. and it just sounds shitty. Nevertheless, i do agree that they are a fantastic live band. i read an interview with Courtney, he said to expect a new record this year.. Im stoked.

@plowboyband Not sure if you've seen them live - they put on one of the best shows I've ever been to though, come to think of it, I remember thinking We Used to Be Friends was rather off then.. for some reason, it just doesn't work as well live in general so I think I've just sort of got used to being happy simply that they played it / play live at all

@romeosdistress don't get me wrong.. this is fuckun' great tune... but this performance is all over the place.. the harmonies in the chorus lack every bit of energy of the original song..listen to the record.. then listen to this..
