I get asked quite a lot of questions regarding all aspects of my exclusive pumping/bottle feeding breastmilk experience, so i thought id do a really quick video to show what i use and how.

Hope it helps some of you and if you have anymore questions, please ask :)

  • How long can you keep the breastmilk in the freezer or fridge

  • @mythroughlife In the fridge i believe its about a week and in the freezer its 6mths.

  • Any tips of increasing your supply!!?? I pump for 1 hour and get about 2oz, and im also BF my daughter as often as i can to also increase my supply aswell as pumping for bottles... But nothings working...

  • @weloveyou1234 I personally havnt needed to use anything but ive heard fenugreek, oatmeal, drinking plenty of fluids, pumping regularly- all those things can help. Maybe hav a chat to your GP, midwife, OB, or a lactation consultant? Hope it works out for you :)

  • Gud supply of milk u have there..:) i have question, can we combine 2 separate pumps? For example to store 250ml in a bag, if in 1 pumping i only get like 100ml, can i keep it in d fridge first & then combine with next pumping? Thx, ur video is helping. :)

  • @mikaelamona Well thats what i do :) I use my fresh to put into a bottle ready for her and whatever is leftover i put into a bag and just keep adding to it until its full and then put it in the freezer :)

  • @kosovitacielo Im sorry you arnt producing enough :( Im dreading the day when it happens to me- ideally id like her to go to 12mths but thats a LONG time to be pumping around the clock...

I BF my son a bit but he was in NICU and then SCBU and when he came home i had PPD so i just couldnt handle the stress of it so i stopped and went to formula. But with him, my milk came in on much quicker than it did this time and i had heaps then too.

  • @justme8725 Thank you :)

  • I don;t have milk i pump like 6 times per day and i only get like 4 oz just for ONE fed but thats ok now. I felt bad at the beginning but I came to accepted. maybe next baby i will be able to prepare more since before he/she is born. Did you BF you son. Did you had milk when he was born like you have now. thats what I have been wondering maybe I will have milk with my next child.

  • Well Done you for building up such a good supply.
