@IAMDISAPP0INT yes u'll need to install the extra CCSM effects Open terminal and run "sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager python-compizconfig compiz-fusion-plugins-extra compiz-fusion-bcop compiz-fusion-plugins-main compizconfig-backend-gconf" That should get all the effects :)
