are they actually poisionous O.o there imitators, so idk im not a frog expert.

Nope, like most dart frogs in the pet trade these are all captive bred. Only wild frogs with access to their natural diet can produce any poisons (and even then most of those are only really poisonous enough to deter predators by tasting foul).

@owent71 - so where can i buy them at. . moms freaking out about the poision dart frog i see why, even though i told her that there captive bred . . so where did you get urs from? Might get some :D
