    Atat. :)

  • I'd like to know your setup. Do you have the trigger connected to a midi module or to your computer?

  • computer

  • you stupid fucks, all triggers are clip on ''sensor'' that send message to module then out of a pa,amp,etc...... you still have to kno how to play drums (dumbshit) with triggers you can hit the snare and comes through pa as a different sound, like a piccolo snare, or just nicely tuned snare, or if you wanted you can hit it and plays through as a dog barking....BUT you dumbfuck you got to be able to play the fucking drums dumbshit......................jesus ppl are fucking stupid

  • You`re 100% right

Triggers are most usefull LIVE. For example, on tour. You have it all set up. You don`t have to loose 30 mins to make your drums to sound like you want them to sound. You just need install the triggers and the module, and your ready to rock. :)

On triggers, the mistakes are more obvious. Think twice before you say it`s cheating. ;)

  • not to mention a module, or an interface if your going into the computer, which means you'll neeed a program as well.

  • Also, what software could be used?

  • You could have shown how you wired up the piezo. It's not even seen! :\

  • Is the USB cord connected to the drum trigger

  • If its an acoustic kit you would need to buy a midi trigger kit, Alesis makes on for about $160.

  • Check RHYTHMTANDEM.

  • I read that he is connecting the trigger to the computer, anyone here knows a good plugin or program to convert the piezo's signal into drum sound, i prefer it could be free and for mac, but its ok, could i do that with logic pro 8 or garage band?
