Meet the Kapisanan Community.

Ian introduces himself as the new Operations Coordinator. He invites the audience inside Kapisanan to show them what goes on in the centre when he's taking charge when the other staff are away.

Ian walks down the stairs as the camera follows him.

Interns are playing around downstairs, playing basketball, drawing on the chalk calendar. Ian walks in and surprises them, asking them what they're all doing.

Working at Kapisanan is a great experience for me. Like any organization it has its challenges, but as well, it has great rewards like working with the youth and some great people in the organization.

- Ian walks over to Lyndell and reminds her to fill out the volunteer book. Lyndell ignores him and continues browsing the internet. -

I really like the people here at Kapisanan. It's a great place to meet new friends and network yourself. They're all a really great bunch of people here at Kapisanan. They're great artists, full of enthusiasm. And I like that.

- Ian looks through Caroline's desk looking for bills and invoices, explaining that part of his duties are to make sure they're sent out accordingly. He walks over to the main office room and asks Kat if she's seen them. She says she hasn't, meanwhile she's seen shredding them. -

Working with Kapisanan is really great. Working with the youth and the artist communities, I feel like I'm a real mentor here. I can contribute my skills and at the same time I'm learning as well. I feel there's a mutual respect between me and the people here at Kapisanan.

- End scene with Mark and Kat coming in with a plastic tube duel. -
