Fraud in the Smog Check Program? Reduction in CO2? "You've been very persistent over the years!!!!!??? Charlie, are you a 'shill' for this group? The ONLY ' fraud in the system is the mere fact that 'clean air' DOES NOT require a bureaucracy that relies of self-serving science to perpetuate itself! And, I thought over the years you could 'smell' the money these miscreants generate from their salaries and pension funds. So, when will Classic Cars be forced off the road due to pomposity?

They appraised with superlatives as well the cap and tax program before passage in Spain. If you call destroying two jobs for every job created protection against future recession, then I guess it was a resounding success. On the global warming front, it had no effect whatsoever. Sounds perfect for California.

I agree that the public deserves better than what they've been getting also. This is just another bureaucratic waste of money by the state, Is there ever one government program that is canceled? It's no wonder we are broke.

WTF no comments? wake up people, Fraud? how about the fact that the largest buyer of automobiles (government) does not have to smog their vehicles? where can i get my ca exempt plates mm? Or maybe ill buy a motorcylce or scooter that does NOT have catalitic converters.
