Brit and Aussie bands had some of the greatest talent and voices in the world, especially in the 70's and 80's. Thanks to youtube, I can still listen to these great tunes.

Great song but if there's some sort of inverse ratio measurement for best song to worst video, ABC wins!

That's funny. I was exactly 15 in 1980 and I blood loved the 80's music and spirit everywhere in Europe. I don't know how it is now a days but the music and youth look very depressing and unhappy to me. I was in England and London in the summer of 1987 and man that was amazing. Amazing spirit of freedom, of having fun, of being young. To me everything looks worse, more negative and aggressive but maybe it's just my impression of being old at my 44. Looks like yesterday though, I still feel same

i have the same felling .

i was an infant in 1980 =)) but i love this music  of my childhood. But at those times here in Russia we haven't got much possibility to hear and watch western music videos... and thanks God that presently we free to do what we want (of cause in a borders of a law ) =)))

A great part of new wave, UK artist is so true,
Bananarama, Duran, Adam Ant, so many and ABC was a great part of it. They were So smart to use MTV to their advantage
