@totoofze47 Geta (the name for the sandals) can get even taller, and while they take practice, they're not that hard to walk in. They are like high heels/platforms in this way. They get even bigger than that though.

I'm surprised that was your biggest complaint...what about a snake chewing? I don't think they work that way...

This is from Brigadoon, and given the nature of this manga, this was most definitely a dream or an in-universe movie or something. Anyway, on an unrelated note, she wouldn't even have been able to run away very far. How the hell can you even manage to keep your balance while STANDING with sandals this tall ?!
